A Vancouver tattoo shop has sparked mixed reactions with a holiday tribute to Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce, just before Swift’s final Eras Tour shows in the city.

Adrenaline Vancity, a local tattoo studio, recently unveiled a “Merry Swiftmas” window display that has gone viral. The display features a Nativity scene, with 34-year-old Taylor Swift and 35-year-old Travis Kelce as the central figures. One woman in the scene is holding an infant named “Baby Travis,” who is depicted with Kelce’s face and signature beard. The display, which includes Swift posed in the scene, has drawn both admiration and criticism.

This creative tribute coincides with Swift’s final Eras Tour stop in Vancouver, adding to the city’s excitement surrounding her visit. The tattoo shop’s unconventional holiday-themed decoration quickly gained attention online. A user shared a photo on Twitter, captioning it, “Seen on a tattoo shop window on Granville in Vancouver lol did a double take like WHAT is that?” Reactions ranged from shock and amusement to jokes about the display. One commenter wrote, “Help, literally what?” while another joked with a Swift lyric, “Darling, I’m scared.” Some found the “Baby Travis” part of the display humorous, with one tweet reading, “The Baby Travis is sending me,” while others quipped, “She is both Tay Mother AND Tay Father.”

Despite the playful nature of the display, some viewers found it inappropriate, considering it disrespectful. Nonetheless, the tattoo shop’s creative tribute has sparked a lot of discussion. Swift’s Vancouver concerts on December 6, 7, and 8 will mark the final performances of her tour, with fans and businesses eagerly anticipating her arrival.

In another twist, Kelce, who is also gearing up for the Kansas City Chiefs’ Sunday Night Football game against the Los Angeles Chargers, would have to be in two places at once to attend Swift’s concert, since Vancouver is two hours behind the Chiefs’ home city. The Chiefs, with an 11-1 record, are heavily favored to beat the 8-4 Chargers. However, stranger things have happened in sports, adding to the buzz around the upcoming weekend.
