Popular TikToker Peller has voiced his displeasure with Nigerian bloggers for their focus on a viral video clip of Tiwa Savage showing her waist tattoo during a TikTok live session with him and fellow TikToker, Jadrolita.
During the live stream, which drew over 70,000 viewers, Tiwa Savage revealed her back tattoo after Peller mentioned his interest in seeing his girlfriend, Jadrolita, get a tattoo. Tiwa initially showed the tattoos on her neck before revealing the one on her back, surprising Peller, who reacted by exclaiming, “Eh, mummy Tiwa,” since he didn’t expect the 44-year-old star to share that much.
While Peller, 19, quickly averted his eyes, Jadrolita seemed more intrigued by Tiwa’s tattoos.
On October 10, 2024, Peller took to Instagram to address the viral moment, criticizing Nigerian bloggers for focusing solely on that specific clip, rather than covering the positive aspects of the TikTok session.
In his post, Peller called the bloggers “cruel” and hinted at his growing frustration with the negativity in Nigeria, even going as far as considering a change in nationality. He expressed disappointment over the lack of appreciation for celebrities in the country, adding, “Please stop being funny, I’m not a comedian. Try giving people their flowers when it’s due.”
