As Friday the 13th approaches, tattoo shops in the San Antonio area are preparing to celebrate the spooky occasion with special discounted tattoo offers.
September will mark the first Friday the 13th since October 2023. Just 13 weeks later, the second and final Friday the 13th of the year will occur in December.
Here’s a rundown of tattoo parlors participating in the upcoming Friday the 13th deals:
ALTAR Tattoo Studio: ALTAR will offer deals throughout the weekend on a first-come, first-served basis. Pricing starts at $20 for select tattoos, with special flash deals beginning at $31 and up. Over 300 designs will be available. ALTAR is located at 14751 Old Bandera Rd #3101 in Helotes.
Cursed Mark Tattoo Studio: This shop will offer $13 tattoos with a $7 tip and larger designs priced up to $100 with a $30 tip. The deals will continue until Sept. 15 on a first-come, first-served basis. Cursed Mark is located at 8373 Culebra Rd.
Eccentric Tattoo Studio: The studio will feature $13 tattoos with a $7 tip, as well as larger tattoos priced at $60 and $130. Eccentric is located at 2308 Nogalitos St.
HappyCactus43: Open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis, this shop will offer $20 and $30 tattoos, along with 25% off piercings. Customers can choose from over 100 custom tattoo designs. HappyCactus43 is located at 2635 Mossrock.
Ink Addict Tattoo Studio: Running from Sept. 1 to Sept. 13, Ink Addict will offer tattoo deals for $20. More information can be found on the studio’s Facebook page. The studio is located at 1010 Donaldson Ave.
Icon Ink: The shop will post more details on its social media page. Early walk-ins are recommended. Icon Ink is located at 7530 Bandera Rd Suite 150.
Inkmasters Tattoo Studio: From Sept. 13 to Sept. 15, Inkmasters will offer $20 tattoo deals and larger designs priced at $50 and $100. The shop will continue these deals every Friday until Oct. 31. A food vendor will be on-site on Sept. 13. Inkmasters is located at 13519 Nacogdoches Rd.
It’s Live Through This Tattoos: Starting Sept. 1, this shop will offer 13 days of $13 tattoos and piercing deals. Guests can show their desired design via phone or printed copy. The parlor is located at 619 SW 24th St #101.
Nite Owl Tattoos: Offering $13 tattoos or piercings with a $7 setup fee through appointments, Nite Owl will also have $40 designs available for the rest of September. The shop is located at 1816 Fredericksburg Rd.
Por Vida Tattoos: The annual event at Por Vida will feature $20, $40, and $60 tattoo specials. Por Vida is located at 3503 S Gevers St #103.
Reflection INK: The shop is offering $13 tattoos and recommends calling to schedule an appointment. Reflection INK is located at 7405 W US Highway 90.
The Tat Studio: This cash-only event, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., will offer $13 tattoos and piercings with a mandatory $7 tip, and $31 tattoos with a $9 tip. The Tat Studio is located at 1342 W. Goodwin St in Pleasanton.
The Blackbook Tattoo Studio: The shop will celebrate Friday the 13th for three days, from Sept. 11 to Sept. 13, offering designs priced at $20 on a first-come, first-served basis. The Blackbook is located at 1409 E. Commerce St.
