Stephen Curry’s collection of tattoos, often seen as symbols of victory, is no secret to his fans. Now, his godsister, WNBA star Cameron Brink, has shed light on the unique tattoo tradition that the Curry family follows. As Brink revealed, the entire Curry family participates in a special ritual involving tattoos to commemorate major wins.

During Tuesday’s episode of Straight to Cam, Cameron Brink, along with Sydel Curry and ESPN’s Malika Andrews, discussed tattoos. Both Brink and Andrews admitted to having tattoos, with Brink sharing that she got all of hers alongside the Curry family.

Sydel Curry further explained the tradition, revealing that the family celebrates significant wins with “tattoo parties.” According to Sydel, after every major victory, especially following Championships, the entire Curry family gathers for tattoos, with renowned tattoo artist Nino Lapid handling the designs. “We have tattoo parties. Especially after every championship, we’ve had Nino Lapid,” Sydel shared.

Cameron Brink has often spoken about her close ties with the Curry family, crediting them for sparking her interest in basketball. Currently, Brink is working to establish herself in the WNBA after a challenging rookie season. She is now involved in the Unrivaled League and preparing for her sophomore season.

Meanwhile, Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors have been making a strong comeback this season, aided by the addition of Jimmy Butler. With a 31-27 record, the Warriors are pushing for a spot in the playoffs. Should they make it to the playoffs and the Finals, it’s likely that Cameron Brink and the Curry family will have another reason to add a tattoo to their collection.

In other news, Stephen and Ayesha Curry recently welcomed their fourth child, Caius, in May 2024. While balancing parenthood and their careers, the couple manages their busy schedules with care.

In a recent interview with People, Ayesha Curry discussed the key to successful parenting, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing the relationship with her partner. She shared that putting their relationship first has helped them maintain a strong and happy family dynamic. “It leads to two ‘happy people’ raising children,” she explained.

Ayesha also expressed that they are not “control freaks,” stressing the importance of a healthy and balanced home life. Reflecting on their decision to have a fourth child, she called it the best choice she and Stephen had made.
