Jessica Alba is sharing a new chapter in her life, including a fresh tattoo she got just weeks after filing for divorce from Cash Warren.
On Wednesday, the actress posted a cryptic message on Instagram, showcasing a delicate new ink on her forearm with the caption, “The current chapter.”
Her tattoo artist, Daniel Winter, who has worked with stars like Matt Damon, Snoop Dogg, John Legend, Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, Emma Roberts, and Mandy Moore, also shared photos from the appointment.
This new tattoo comes shortly after Alba filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Cash Warren, on February 7.
In the past, Alba has opened up about some of her earlier tattoos. In a 2019 interview with Refinery29, she admitted to regretting a few, including a cluster of flowers on her neck and a “tramp stamp” of a bow.
“I got it when I was, like, 17 and I’m so irritated that I got it,” Alba explained about the flowers. “I’ve had it lasered many times, but it’s not coming out.”
Alba also has three zodiac constellation tattoos, each dedicated to one of her three children with Warren.
On January 16, Alba announced her separation from Warren after 20 years together. The two met in 2005 while filming Fantastic Four, got engaged in 2007, and married on May 19, 2008, at a California courthouse. They share three children: daughters Honor (16) and Haven (13), and son Hayes (7).
