Rumer Willis has marked the birth of her daughter, Louetta, with a touching new tattoo. The eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore chose to celebrate her daughter’s arrival by having Louetta’s birth date, “4-18,” inked on the side of her wrist. She shared the design on Instagram, expressing her pride and joy.
Willis got the tattoo at Uplift Tattoo in New York City, where she was tattooed by Jakki Chan, also known as Jacquelyn Maroney, who has previously worked with celebrities like T.J. Holmes. The tattoo features the date “4-18,” which signifies Louetta’s birth but omits the year 2023.
In addition to this meaningful tattoo, Rumer also chose to get a miniature seashell design on the same day. This new piece was inspired by her friend, jewelry designer Mia Moross, who got a matching seashell tattoo on her inner bicep. Moross shared her excitement on Instagram, saying, “All my mermaid dreams came true thanks to @jakkichantattoos.”
During her visit to the tattoo studio, Rumer wore a casual blue tank top paired with a blue-and-white striped maxi skirt and New Balance sneakers, opting for a minimal makeup look.
Rumer Willis, 36, is no stranger to body art, boasting a collection of over 20 tattoos, including vibrant stars and symbols on her wrist.
